Siddharth Pathak is a partner with Kearney Singapore and leads the Strategy & Top-Line Transformation Practice in Southeast Asia. Sid is also part of the Consumer & Retail Practice leadership team for Asia Pacific.

His areas of expertise include brand and portfolio strategy, go-to-market strategies, margin enhancement, organization transformation, and digital operating model design and implementation. He has led several end-to-end top-line transformations for global majors across food and beverage, consumer health, beauty and personal care, and retail industries in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Australia, and India.

Sid started his journey with Kearney in 2008 as a summer intern in Singapore. He joined the firm as a consultant in India before relocating to Singapore. He earned a bachelor’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
